Refund policy

RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your island goodies, so if you change your mind about an item purchased in our online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels still attached, within 30 days of purchase.
Please include our returns form with the item that you are returning to us.
Please mail the returned item to WFSLLC - WEST INDIES WEAR, 1501 County Hospital Rd, Nashville TN 37218.
Please mail with a trackable signature confirmation service, as no refunds or exchanges can be honored without actural receipt of returned items.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on our island treasures within 31 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card or paypal account used to make your purchase, within 10 business days.
Unfortunately costs associated with the return of the item are non-refundable, but we will honor our FREE shipping within the USA on exchanged items that we mail back out to you.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be honored within 5 days of receipt of your returned items, providing the items are received in accordance with our returns policy, as outlined above.
You will receive acknowledgement of your refund via email.
All return shipping costs associated with the return of the item are for the cost of the customer.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your purchase for another style, size, or color subject to availability.
Exchanges can take up to 5 working days to process.
We will accept up to one exchange per order.
If you wish to return the exchanged item we will happily issue a refund, providing the returned item meets our Returns Policy, as outlined above.
